Yes, as long as the property is vacant and unoccupied. Furniture or staging items are acceptable in Model Homes or Listings.
Do you clean while tenants or homeowners are present?
No. For Safety and Quality Standards, ARCCS SERVICES does not 🚫 clean properties while residents or occupants are present.
Do you provide Post-Construction Cleaning?
Yes. We offer Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Cleaning for residential projects, including final presentation cleaning.
